For those of us who is concerned about diabetes, this may come as a good news ... but perhaps for our children or grandchildren. A research team in Florida have discovered sugar substitutes in several varieties of citrus. Hopefully the taste will be better than the current substitutes on the market. cites a study in Japan that found the risk of brain decline was
reduced by 23%.
